All tour bookings are subject to availability. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that the information is accurate, that you are authorized to use the payment method provided, and that you will notify us of changes to the payment information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled tour departure to be eligible for a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel tours due to severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen operational issues, in which case a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS communications from Celebration Tours LLC related to your booking, such as confirmations, meeting point updates, and urgent notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive. For assistance, reply “HELP”.
In no event will Celebration Tours LLC, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services or participation in our tours.
These Terms of Service and your use of the site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana.
